1. Exchange Policy

• Products can only be exchanged from the online store within 7 days from the date of purchase.

• No cash refunds will be provided.

• Items purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

• Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned at retail shops.

• Exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as dislike of shade, color, texture, or change of mind.

2. Product Condition

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Tags, seals, and packaging must be intact.

• Products must be in good, resalable condition.

3. Bundle & Sets

• Items purchased as part of bundle sets cannot be refunded or exchanged separately.

4. Required Documentation

• The original invoice must be presented for any exchange.

5. Timeline for Issues

• All exchange requests or issues must be resolved within 20 days from the delivery date for security reasons.
